	- Dither: Edited source code to force creation of a basic area folder files.
		  Fixed other random startup basic needs to allow bootup.
		  Fixed Makefile to allow compiling of clan folder.

	- Eldridge: Started creating basic objects/rooms and npcs needed to maintain M.U.D.
		    Added mobvoc, mobscr, epl and otm folders to area directory, required
		      to have if wanting to use vocab files, scripts, room scripts and obj trigs.
		    Started basic starting area.  Will be for human starting town when hometown code
		      is put in.
		    Patched in Dither's 'do_scatter' command from mudmagic.com.
		    Re-added Vro'ath hp racial gain in update.c
		    Finished updating npc/object files needed by mud.  Just need to touch them up.
		    Changed how area files were being saved. removed the .enc format to .are.
		    Edited handler.c to add more racial defined skills.
		    Added in Kitara race, still in the works.
		    Dwarves no matter the class start with berserk now.
		    Elves no matter the class start with sneak at level 1, hide at 5.
		    Kitara no matter the class start with sneak (1), hide (5), stalk (32), hear the wind (50+),
		      and counter (81) - Kitara will be a female only race.
