This copy of the license is provided for review purposes only, and may not necessarily be the copy currently included with the code. If this is the case, the copy included with the code takes precedence over this copy. --General License-- The files contained in the tape archive/gnu zip file ("The Code") are hereby declared outside public domain, and licensed for use only by those specifically named by Rocket Spuds, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "The First Party"). --Distribution License-- The Licenseholder shall not distribute The Code, nor shall they offer it within the public domain, except at direct request of The First Party. --Usage License-- The First Party hereby grants an exclusive license to the receiving party (hereinafter referred to as "The Licenseholder") to use The Code within any single multiplayer internet-based game, so long as that game is provided within the public domain for use, and users of that system are not charged for their play. The Code may not be used to copy and/or implement specific parts of the whole of The Code into an existing game. In addition, the licenseholder must include a statement regarding the current location of the game of The First Party, as well as a statement within the code file that the file is (C) 1996-1999 Rocket Spuds, Inc/Jouster@COOLmud. --Derivational License-- Should The Code be modified by more than 90%, the license shall be declared null and void, with the exception of the requirement that the file which contained the former Code include a reference to its derivational original. --Exceptional License-- Should any part of the above license be declared to be in direct violation of the licenses of The Code's derivational originals' licenses, then that portion and only that portion shall be declared null and void.
