The file contains a few notes about compiling the slang library under OS/2
and MSDOS, WIN32, and NT systems.  This _includes_ the various GNU
environments such as DJGPP, MING32, and CYGWIN32.

There is one master makefile located in src/mkfiles.  See the README
file in that directory for more information.
