Welcome to the Arena~
Welcome to Dragon Ball Arena.  This Mud is based on the Dragon Ball Z -
GT television series.  Knowledge of this show will help greatly in this Mud
but one can always learn.  The Immortals that rule here are newbie friendly
so if you have a question feel free to ask.  This world is full of adventure
and fun.  Finding the seven dragon balls will be a challenge and with them
power shall come.

PL Explanation~
Your powerlevel (or pl) is your basic ability as a fighter.  It helps to
determine the ammount of damage you can do, how fast you can move in battle,
and other things as well.  Be forewarned though that just because your pl is
higher then your opponent that doesnt mean you'll have an easy fight.  Pl is
only what you are capable of doing.  If you dont know how to fight when the
time comes it will mean little.

Checkin block~
The air here is thick with noise from the people crowding this large
station.  Most of the people here seem to be booking flights for travels to
different planets.  A large line seems to lead up to a busy woman who is
taking money for tickets.  To the north are the docking stations.  To the
east are the recreation facilities.  Over in the west wing are the the
explanations of the different worlds.

Tunnel to docking stations~
This tunnel links the docking stations to the rest of the station.  The
tunnel is made of a clear substance that is neither glass nor metal.  This
allows for a beautifull view of space and the planets.  To the north the
tunnel ends at the docks.  To the south is the main station.

Shuttle dock~
Shuttles line this large dock waiting to be boarded.  A few flight
attendants walk to thier ships ready to serve passengers.  This dock seems
to be dome shaped with openings at the top for the ships to leave and enter.
Behind a glass window workers regulate the atmosphere and open the hatches. 
Thier job is hard but it needs to be done.

The planet Earth is a violent planet filled with power hungry humans. 
Yet most humans are weak and lazy.  A select few are gifted with extreme
powers and can be generally good.  But some with those powers torment others
but are challenged by the good earthlings.  The planet has a variety of
climates.  From freezing arctics to tropical islands.  There are many great
cities on this planet but they are the most dangerous areas.  Over all Earth
is a good planet to live on but training power is hard.

Vegeta tutorial~
The planet Vegeta is the home of the mighty saiya-jins.  It is generally
a dark planet ruled by the strongest saiya-jins.  Most races are tolerated
on the planet.  Icers shouldnt tread on Vegeta's soil for icers are greatly
hated on the planet and may be attacled.  Humans are picked on because of
thier generally weak race but they are left alone.

Recreation core~
This is the central core of the recreational facilities.  All of the

Healing dock~
The majority of this white room is taken up by a massive pool of bluish
green liquid.  There are a few people resting in it healing up before
traveling again.  There seems to be an entrance to the pool on top.  Other
than the pool there is not much to see except a few towels and changing
rooms.

Goten's play room~
This room is very small it seems to have little holes in the walls all
over...  It has loud rock music playing from somewhere in the far corner of
the room.  There is a small bed to the right, and a workout station to the
left.  There is a picture of a beautiful women on the ceiling above the bed.
On the floor there are several fragments of something like silk but of a
much better fabric.  There is a small item underneath the chair to the right
of the door.

The Jazz bar is one of the most popular bars this side of the galaxy. 
Many people from all over come here for a rest and a drink.  Up in the
corner a band plays jazz tunes on a black stage.  A bartender laughs with
the customers while making the different drink people order.  The light is
dim and gives a cool calm look to the place.

Healing pool~
This pool is filled with a liquid that heals on contact.  It is used
throughout most of the galaxy.  It is a perfect place to heal unwanted
wounds and scars.  It is said that using the pool to much is the same as
using a sensory deprivation chamber.  The user may halucinate or be able to
sense things normaly unsensable.

The lobby~
The lobby is not very active.  A bored receptionist is selling tickets
from behind a bare oak desk.  A gas run fire burns behind glass shutters in
its fireplace.  The glow illuminates most of room but a few flourescent
lights do the rest.  A few plants give the room some decoration and a couple
chairs are here for relaxing.

A long hallway strecthes far to the north.  The carpet is a red velvet
that covers the length of the hall.  On both sides of the hall are rooms for
people to stay in.  To enter these rooms one must have a key supplied by the
receptionist in the lobby.  Each room is numbered with gold plated metal. 
The doors are solid oak so they are almost unbreakable.

The planet Namek is one of the most peacefull planets there is.  Yet the
people of Namek are very strong.  Namek is a planet that has faced terrible
times but it has always made it through without losing heart.  Namek is the
home of the Dragon Balls.  The namekians are able to create them for wishes.
Namek doesnt have cities but they have small settlements scattered across
the lands.  Each settlement is governed by an elder and they are governed by
Guru father of all Nameks.

Freezer tutorial~
The planet Freezer is an evil planet ruled by the icer tyrants.  Most
icers are evil creatures that send thier minions to destroy planets.  But
some have good hearts and fight evil.  But the are banished from the planet
and considered traitors to the icer race.  Most races are allowed but
saiya-jins are captured and kept as slaves.  These slaves can be bought from
the planet from slave traders.  But this is seen as an evil act to good
people.

Fighting test~
This is a padded room for a first fight with the human trainer.  There is
enough room to fight without fault.  A few strange lights stick out of the
walls they seem to be for healing hurt fighters.

Workers room~
This computer filled room is the working station for the dock staff. 
There is a glass window giving a view of the shuttles on the east wall.  The
rest of the room is filled with different types of computer terminals.  Some
blink and beep others glow with artificial light.  A few workers dash to and
from the computers doing thier busy work.

Battle system~
The fighting system of the Arena is different than other muds.  You dont
fight with kill or murder.  For a basic attack you would use the command
attack.  After learning more skills you can use them for a better fighting
advantage.  When using ki attacks it is possible to charge it.  For example
Kamehameha (target) will begin charging a kamehameha.  All ki attacks have a
minimum charge that has to go into them.  When it has charged as long as you
want type release and it will fire.  You can not attack while charging. 
Kamehameha (target) release will fire a ki attack without any charging
though it will be weak.
