The air is heavy here with the mist being kiked up by the waterfall. The path seems to lead behind the waterfall to the north while this side of the lake seems to curve more the the western side makeing the shape of an oval. The water is somewhat ruff here because of the waterfall and the waves slap up against the 70 foot high cliff rather loudly. Right beside the path to the east is a 10 foot ledge that looks like it is a path that leads farther up into the mountains. ~ 0 0 0 D0 ~ ~ 0 0 1720 D1 ~ ~ 0 0 1722 D2 ~ ~ 0 0 1752 D3 ~ ~ 0 0 1747 S #1722 Giant Lake (north eastern shore)~ This part of the lake is next to the mountains though the forest is just south east of here. The lake itself bends around in amlost a perfect half circle to the south from what can be seen. The sound and the waves are quiet lower then west of here. The forest is east of here while the mountains lay north. ~ 0 0 0 D2 ~ ~ 0 0 1723 D3 ~ ~ 0 0 1721 S #1723 Giant Lake (north eastern shore)~ The eastern part of the lake is almost a perfect half circle. The surfae of the water as seen from standing on the 30 foot cliff that makes up this shore is the forest to the south. It stands tall and strong seeming to go on forever. The small waves made by the waterfall slap lightly against the cliff making a slight sound. ~ 0 0 0 D2 ~ ~ 0 0 1725 D3 ~ ~ 0 0 1723 S #1725 Gaint Lake (eastern shore)~ The water here is a bit clamer then to the north but ruffer then south of here. A waterfall can be seen to the north west causing a slight rumble here combined with the slight slap of the large ripples hitting the 15 foot high shoreline. The forest seems to wrap around the lake here though some mountains can be seen seen to the north ~ 0 0 0 D0 ~ ~ 0 0 1724 D2 ~ ~ 0 0 1726 D3 ~ ~ 0 0 1756 S #1726 Giant Lake (eatern shore)~ The easern shore continues north and south of here. The shore here is 10 feet high with it high to the north and a simple sand beach to the south. There is a very dull sound of the falls to the northwest and the large ripples in the lake slapping against the shore. A forest is east of here and wraps around the lake to the western side. ~ 0 0 0 D0 ~ ~ 0 0 1725 D2 ~ ~ 0 0 1727 D3 ~ ~ 0 0 1757 S #1727 Giant Lake (south eastern shore)~ A low sound of crashing water can be heard from the waterfall across the lake. The water here is almost perfectly smooth here though. Unlike the shoreline that can be seen north of here there is no cliff. The ground and the water meet almost perfectly. The water looks like it gets darker farther out meaning that this is probably a fairly deep lake. The shoreline to the west is also level with the ground and the forest surrounding the water here make for a nice veiw. ~ 0 0 0 D0 ~ ~ 0 0 1726 D2 ~ ~ 0 0 1728 D3 ~ ~ 0 0 1758 S #1728 Gaint Lake (south eastern shore)~ The shore continues north and west here. The surface of the water is smooth except the occasional jumping fish making ripples in it. Noises can be heard from the forest to the south and a large waterfall can be seen across the lake flowing out of the mountains. The clear blue water looks cool and refreshing. Off to the south just a bit as the water seems further away there is a small sign that reads "The Road to South City, popluation 48,000,000 all welcome". The sing seems a bit odd out here in no where but its here. ~ 0 0 0 D0 ~ ~ 0 0 1727 D2 ~ ~ 0 0 4800 D3 ~ ~ 0 0 1729 S #1729 Giant Lake (south eastern shore)~ The shoreline runs east and west here circling around the lake. With the mountains towering over everything to the north and the dense forest to the south this seems like the more relaxing place around. Occasionaly a fish can be seen jumping up out of the lake to try and get an insect that has flown to low. The water looks to get deep not to far off the shore. ~ 0 0 0 D0 ~ ~ 0 0 1758 D1 ~ ~ 0 0 1728 D3 ~ ~ 0 0 1700 S #1730 Surface of the Lake~ Just off the shore here the water is still shallow enough that you can walk though it is a bit harder to do. The water feel cool but not unplesantly cold on the skin though the deeper parts are sure to be colder. Schools of very small fish swin around underwater looking for food and hoping to evae the bigger fish til they are grown. Groups of small fish swim around these shallow waters to help protect themselves against the larger fish the inhabit the deep waters. The shore is west and south of here if the need arises to leave the wter quickly. ~ 0 0 0 D0 ~ ~ 0 0 1732 D1 ~ ~ 0 0 1736 D2 ~ ~ 0 0 1706 D3 ~ ~ 0 0 1708 S #1734 Surface of the Lake~ The north shore is a cliff but it an easily be reached if a need to leave the lake arises. Even though the water is clear the blue tint causes the bottom to be unseeable. This depth of the lake here is impossible to tell without swimming down and seeing for oneself. Large shadows move around deep underwater giving this part of the lake an uneasy feeling to it. ~ 0 0 0 D0 ~ ~ 0 0 1737 D1 ~ ~ 0 0 1743 D2 ~ ~ 0 0 1739 D3 ~ ~ 0 0 1734 D5 ~ ~ 0 0 1764 S #1739 Surface of the Lake~ At the center of the lake here the water is at its coldest and deepest. Schools of small fish swim about here staying in the shallow waters to help protect against the larger fish in the deep. The bottom is rocky here making great hiding spots for the little fish as well. The shore is directly west and south of here if the urge to get out of the cold water arises. ~ 0 0 0 D0 ~ ~ 0 0 1740 D1 ~ ~ 0 0 1746 D2 ~ ~ 0 0 1703 D3 ~ ~ 0 0 1705 S #1742 Beneath the Waterfall~ The waterfall flows in over this place making it impossible to see anything but the massive amount of water being dumped here. There is a ledge north that one could get on to get behind the waterfall if needed. Sharp rocks make up the bottom though the base of them is to deep to see from here. Not many fish swim here as a result of the churning waters. ~ 0 0 0 D0 ~ ~ 0 0 1718 D1 ~ ~ 0 0 1747 D2 ~ ~ 0 0 1743 D3 ~ ~ 0 0 1737 D5 ~ ~ 0 0 1767 S #1743 Surface of the Lake~ The sound of the waterfall directly north is exstremly loud and also causes there to be waves here. The shadows of large fish swiming near the bottom can be seen here as well as some that are swiming close enough to the surface to be seen completly. The cold water, even though clear, keeps the bottom from being visible due to its depth. The waterfall crashing down on all sides and overtop of anyone that stands here makes for a loud experience though. Sharp rocks can be seen just below the surface of the churning water but the base of them can not as the churing and the depth make it impossible. Few fish choose to swim here due to the ruff waters but those that do have a hard time with it. ~ 0 0 0 D0 ~ ~ 0 0 1719 D1 ~ ~ 0 0 1721 D2 ~ ~ 0 0 1748 D3 ~ ~ 0 0 1742 D5 ~ ~ 0 0 1771 S #1748 Surface of the Lake~ A little ways off the north eastern shore here the bottom is not visible due to its depth.
