The alley contains 11 rooms, which end at a 2 room underground cave.
There are 2 bandits and one dog in the alley way. The caves contain
up to five goblins. All are first level creatures, non-aggressive.
This is designed to be a newbie area, which foreshadows a later
quest to find the goblin fortress (located elsewhere).
