Zone Information Rooms are for the builders to leave notes about the zone for

This zone is for the sewers under the capital city of Kortaal. There are
a few nasty rats (in packs!) and a few others as well. It also contains
secret passages to conceal the Temple of Marduk, as well as the portal
to the plane of Elysium - Home of the Warhost!
  
This zone is suitable for 2nd-4th level characters.
