* whisper *

Syntax: 

	.whisper + <user1> ... <user10> 
		This form defines a ( private ) list of users who can hear 
		your whispers. If your whisper list is already defined, 
		the users will be added to it.

	.whisper - [<user>...]
		Removes from the whisper list specified users. Use only
		'.whisper -' form to remove all list.

	.whisper ? [<user>]
		Shows the users who can hear your whispers and your presence
		in other lists. You can view the whisper list of another
		user, if you specify <user> parameter.

	.whisper <text>
		Whispers a message to all users of the list.
