Usage: examine <user>/setmsg [ <text> ]

	This commands shows you the users profile and various 
	useful statistics relating to his/her current or most recent login.

	Use the 'setmsg' parameter if you want to view/set your examine reply 
	message which will be sent to the user who .examine/.status you. 
	Instead of 'setmsg' you can use '=' sign.
