Syntax:  .site  or  .site <user|search string>

Results:  Displays a list of all of the <user>'s IP address, alpha address,
          socket number, name, and user number.
          If user is not online, it will show their last logged in IP and
          hostname.
          If a user is not specified, it will display site info for all
          users in the format..

          <username>      <ip_address>(<user #>:<socket>)  <alpha_addy>
