Syntax:  .shemote [']<message>
          & [']<message>

Results:  Used to shout an emote/action across the talker.
          Where <message> is the emote/action.  If a ' is specified
          before the message, it will become posessive. & is a
          shortcut key.

Example:  .shemote waves bye to everyone.
