 Syntax:  .set hi

Results:  This command allows you to set whether or not you will hiliting
          in the talker. Text that is hilited is either bright white or
          just bold. Some terminal types that are capable of this are
          VT100, VT102,and ANSI. This is on by default.
           If you see codes in front of text like \033[1m, your terminal
          does not support this feature..turn it off.
           This command is a TOGGLE. Meaning, every time you type it, it
          will either turn the option on or off.
           In incoming private communication, the first toggle mode (all
          on) will show private comms all bold. In the 2nd toggle mode it
          will show them as normal and allow colors to come through.
