 Syntax:  .set fail <mess>
	  .set fail [clear|none|-c]

Results:  This is to set your fail message. This is what people see when
          they fail to .tell .semote .sthink  or .beep you (i.e.
          you have .ignore tells or .ignore set), or when you are not 
          online. You can clear your message/no message by using the 
          later syntax shown above.  Length is limited to 80 characters.

Example:  .set fail I'm not online now. Mail me, please.
