Syntax :  .rooms [-h]

Results:  Lists data on all the rooms, including the room name,
          public/private status, number of users in the room, number 
          of messages on the room's board, and current room topic.
          If a room is locked public, it will have an * next to it.
          If a room has atmospherics turned on, it will have an 'A' next
          to it. For higher users, the -h is to get a list of the hidden
          rooms only.
