Syntax:  .picture
          .picture <picture_name> [<#_of_lines_from_bottom>]

Results:  Displays a file from the picture directory to everyone in the
          room.  <picture_name> is the file you wish to display.
          Typed by itself will list the files you can show.
          If you specify a number after the filename, it will show you
          that many lines from the bottom of the file.
          Please limit use of this command.
