 Syntax:  .fmail <email address>     or    .fmail mine

Results:  Forwards/sends/emails your current .smail file to either
          <email address> or if the input string is "mine" will send it
          to the email address you specified with (.set email <email>)
          and that's located in your .ustat information.
   Note:  *If email address is invalid or non-existant, mail WILL bounce.
