 Syntax:  .delatmos <atmospheric number>
          .delatmos all

 Result:  Deletes an atmospheric from the current room you are in.
          The atmospheric number is a number from 1 to the highest atmos
          number shown up in .listatmos.
          Use this command if you want to add an atmos message to a room
          but they are already maxed out..or just if you want to delete
          an atmos message.
          The max atmospherics than can be saved per room is shown in
          .version (currently 10).
          Specifying the "all" options deletes all teh atmospherics for
          that room
          
   Note:  Atmospherics are messages that show up in rooms at random.
