 Syntax: .banname
          .banname <name>

Results: Banname turns off access to the talker for users trying to login
or create accounts with certain names
<name> is the name that is to be banned from use.
If you don't specify a name, you will get a list of
          all the names currently banned.
This is a toggle for <name>. If the <name> already exists
in the list, it will be removed.
