Syntax: .auto [nuke|expire|promote|settings]

Results: This command toggles various talker settings on or off.

   ".auto nuke"     Whether or not to automatically nuke new users
                    who log off without at least setting a .desc
   ".auto expire"   Whether or not to automatically nuke users
                    during the midnight system check who would
                    be deleted with ".expire -n" (see .help expire)
   ".auto promote"  Whether or not to allow new users to be
                    promoted automatically when the requirements 
                    are met.
   ".auto settings" Displays the talker's current settings.
