The files in utils/ are utilities for the Ncohafmuta talker code

addstruct appends new structures to the end of users data files. It does
this for every user in the user directory, so if you add structures to
the ustr[user]. profile, you don't have to manually go into every user
file and append a bogus string or number so the talker can read it into
the ustr[user]. buffer that it's set up for.

To compile these programs, type "make" in the utils directory

no_make_compile is a shell script for compiling the talker on systems
without the "make" command. This gets run from the TOP code directory, not
from in here.

see README.backups for info on the backup, restore, and trimbackups
utilities
