     An advisory guide to 'promotions':

     Players who have been Wizards here for some time and that have
     shown an interest in the game by being on often etc., should
     be 'promoted' by being given some of the following Pflags:

	Echo       - Lets them use the Echo and Echoto commands,
        RoomEdit   - change Location-flags and exits,
        MflagEdit  - change Mobile-flags,
        ChMobData  - change a mobile's strength, armor, damage and aggression,
        ShowUsers  - Show which machine a user is calling from.
	Load/Store - Let them save stuff they create.
