& btmapemit()

  Syntax: btmapemit(<MapDB>,[x, y, z, range,]<message>)

  This function emits <message> to all appropriate units on <MapDB>.

  The function returns 1 if successful, 0 if failed.

  Arguments:
  There are 3 valid forms:

  * btmapemit(<MapOBJ>) - emits the message to all units on the map
  * btmapunits(<MapOBJ>,<x>,<y>,<range>) - emits the message to units
    within <range> of <x>, <y>
  * btmapunits(<MapOBJ>,<x>,<y>,<z>,<range>) - emits the message to
    all units within <range> of <x>,<y>,<z>

	Note: The function does not take the altitude of a unit into consideration when ascertaining if it is within range UNLESS the third form is used (ie the <z> argument is included)
