  <number>                      reads given mail
  h                             reads mail headers
  m <whoever>                   starts composing a mail to <whoever>
  r <number>                    starts composing a reply to message <number>
  d <number>                    deletes message <number>
  u <number>                    undeletes message <number>
  f <number> <whoever>          forwards message <number> to <whoever>
  q                             quits mail mode, deletes any messages marked as deletable

In addition, you can mail someone on another mud supporting ^Cabermail^n, by sending mail to <full_user_name>@<full_mud_name>. This will only work if the mud is currently up and connected to aberchat. You should be notified if the mail sucessfully arrived.
