A comm channel that everyone can use.

You can do an emote over the chat channel by placing ':' before your text, a possesive emote using '::' or use an action over the commline by placing '#' before the action name.

example:
  >chat Hello
  ^W[^Gchat^W] ^pOrange^n says ^`^SHello^n^'
