Usage: .remote {<user>|@[group]}[,[-]{<user>|@<group>}[,...]] <message>

Allows you to express an emotion to another user or group, or multiple
groups and users. This can be abbreviated to just '<'.

Examples:
.remote @public moos at you lot!           -- Just tells group Public.
.remote @public,-foo moos.                 -- Tells everybody but foo.
.remote foo,bar,oink moos.                 -- Tells foo, bar, and oink.
.remote foo moos.                          -- Tells just foo.
