~BM*** Shutdown ***

~FTUsage:~RS shutdown now / cancel / <time delay> [seconds / minutes / hours / days]

This allows you to start (or cancel) a shutdown sequence. The now option is
to commence shutdown immediately, the time delay option will start shutdown
after the given time has elapsed and the cancel option will cancel the
current shutdown sequence if there is one. For the first 2 options you are
given a confirmation prompt.
