Syntax:     'time'
Synop:      Displays Current game time, as well as system
            time.
            
    The world of Geisha has a unique method of keeping
time. There are 12 months. Three months of winter, Three
months of Fall, Three months of Summer, and Three months
of Spring. The names of these months are very much based
on growing seasons and various turns of the sun. There are
also Seven days in a week, with Four named weeks in a month.
This allows a percise method of keeping time and knowing when
each growing season is about to begin or end.
