			<tt class="literal">SHUTDOWN</tt> starts a server shutdown. The parameters <tt class="literal">halt</tt>, 
			<tt class="literal">reboot</tt> and <tt class="literal">copyover</tt> start a full shutdown,
			reboot and copyover (hot reboot), respectively. The second parameter indicates
			the time (in seconds) to wait before starting the shutdown.
			<tt class="literal">SHUTDOWN stop</tt> stops any existing shutdown timer.
