Nightmare Mudlib 3.2 SimulEfun: read_database()

string *read_database(string);

DESCRIPTION
You pass to this argument the name of a database file which you want read
into an array of strings.  The SimulEfun will ignore lines beginning with a
# sign and it will also ignore blank lines.
