Returns a value by function call (call-other in string form...)
examples:
process_string("<func>:<file>|arg1|arg2|arg3...|argn);
this would produce a call_other of the form:
file->func(arg1,arg2,arg3...,argn);
The file name is options (Otherwise it's assumed to be in this_object())
