This command requires a secuirty level above one.

This is a LUA command.

Syntax: shell
		shell <command>

Using this command without an argument places you in the shell that
can be used for editing script files.  If you provide an argument
then that argument will be run as if you were in the shell, but
you will remain within the lua environment afterwards.
