With this command, you will beable to strip an area
of affects, each room's that has a certain 'room flag' will
be removed.
Upon your selection.
so ie..
striparea plague
all rooms within the area your in, will be stripped of the plague
room_flag.
It is a good way to deal with mass removal of stupid flags that may
or may not of been set by accident or by code-error.
or by porting area's from one mud-type to another, and has
flags that yours does, thus enabling flags all over the place
that should be there.
That being said, this is how i deal with the issue should it arise.
