This bit of code will allow you to level Weapons to 100
and Armor to 10. I have it so only Relic weapons and
Artifact Armor will level. The Consecrate command it to
advance the item once its leveled and gains points.
On my Rom mud i have a suit of Crimson Artifact Armor
for sale and two relic weapons, a dagger and a sword.
