HINT: That date is spells "0" by time() and friends, at least once you adjust for timezone.

Ah, I didn't realize they had regional filters either. When I click the link I get the message "This video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by NBC Universal". I haven't actually seen the skit yet but a coworker told me it was hilarious.
