TeensyMUD 3.0.0 released

TeensyMUD is a mud server written in Ruby.
This is startup mud system with most of the low-level infrastructure
already in place.

All you have to do is write a game for it.

It runs on Ruby 1.9 (and 2.0).
The repo has some newer features as I've started working on it again.
Perhaps some more frequent releases. :-?
