Now I've got a real problem and I'm not sure what is going on. When I go to customize a new character, no groups are showing up (as shown below). I have no idea why groups aren't showing up for any classes. Thoughts?

I'd start by looking for the table that defines them and see if you've accidentally changed it. It's probably in the same place all of your other data tables are, although that's just a guess.
