Just in case I can't get the time to post a thread on time, I'm going to say it early:
Happy New Year everybody!

I hope everyone had a great year, and that the next one starting in a couple of days is better then this one.

Yes this year has rather sucked. We lost Michael Jackson, Brittany Murphy, and Patrick Swayze. We also saw some economic troubles and here in Oklahoma saw the largest snowfall in one day in history, which kinda destroyed christmas. So here's a tribute to the new year, hope 2010 is much better. (BTW 2010 just sounds sooooo futuristic. :P)

2010 is annoying for dates: 01-01-2010, or 01-01-10, or 20100101 or worse 20100110; these are all rather hard to read IMO

That said 2009 wasn't so bad IMO. Either way it's over and done with and we only have the future to look forward to.

I'm here in Dallas, so we got plenty of crazy snow too.

You know what? I'm tired of all this "Two Thousand And…" crap! Let's get with it and call 2010 "Twenty Ten"!
