Ah it does indeed take awhile to load. Being patient let it load successfully and not bork my browser, but it stayed at 'broken image' until I sent it a command. Still pretty neat :)
To reproduce my Chrome crash: Load the page. Realize it has a broken image/file icon and promptly close page. Open page again – Chrome seemed to stop responding to any input aside from clicking between tabs at this point.
