I code in wordpad so its becoming increasingly difficult to troubleshoot certain things but this one seems like an easy one.
Quit using wordpad. It is the ultimate suck. Try notepad++. That's what I use and it's pretty awesome. Has many features useful for coding: tabs feature for multiple files being open at once, color coded keywords based on what language you tell it you are currently programming in. It's pretty cool.
