Anyone remember WHY RoM had equipment that the characters can wear if it's +20 of them?
Like sword level is 35, wearable by level 15+…

Anyway, just a wtf moment and perhaps a change to RaM. (with old area loader that changes level of course)

It could make sense if more information is given, for instance you still aren't very good at using things above your level. In that case, this just sounds like a threshold below which you're so bad with something that you can't use it at all.

I just always found it strange, like nonsensical to have a level 21 item be usable by level 1, unless there's no level restrictions in the game (or no item levels). But the game does restrict item level use based off your level +20. Just seemed.. random.

Holy crap, never mind, I just realized it was something inherent in JUST my game (not stock RoM or QuickMUD etc).
Note to self, find out who did that and smack them in the asci.
