=====> ELECTIONS WILL BE HELD ON DECEMBER 9-11 <=====

These are the following rules of the election:

1) You must be at least 4th level to vote in an election.
2) You may only vote once in a given election.
3) You must be at least 7th level to run for office.
4) There is a $25,000 gp cost to get your name on the ballot for election.
5) The deadline for submission of your name on the ballot is December 9th.
6) The winner of the election shall have access to the Mayor's mansion, 
   which includes a healing room, a chest, and three exits to other areas
   of Isengard. 
7) To get on the ballot, send mail to Darwin.
