Help on:

	*SILENCE [player] [c/m] (x)

	This command will remove all broadcasts from a player.  If the c 
flag is set it will list the remaining broadcasts for the player.  If m 
is set and followed by a number, then that number of broadcasts will be 
given to the player.

example:
:*silence gonzo
Gonzo is silenced.
