Help on DM command:
KILL [player] [flag]
Reduces targets HP and MP to 1 each. Each *kill command works differently
as described by the chart below. Each command can take two optional
tags: -s (for silent) and -u (for unconsciousness). If -u is specified,
a duration for the unconsciousness should be specified after it.
A = All players ^rX^x = Don't send to Limbo
R = Everyone in Room
