Syntax:  .call <user>      .call clear 

 Result:  This is to establish a telling link to a specific user. Use 
          this if you're telling to one person over and over. after you 
          establish a link, use .creply <mess> or ?<mess> to respond. 
          Use ".call clear" to terminate the tell link.

   Note:  You cannot establish a link with users that are ignoring tells, 
          not listening, AFK, gagging you, or not online.
