Online Editing:

  Everything in the mud can be edited online, without taking down the
  mud server. See the following help sections for further info:
  
  WORLD_EDITING  -  Editing the rooms, exits etc
  MOBILE_EDITING -  Editing the templates used to create creatures
  OBJECT_EDITING -  Editing the templates used to create items
  RESET_EDITING  -  Editing the commands executed when the area resets
  AREA_EDITING   -  Editing the area description, reset delay, area flags
  HELP_EDITING   -  Editing the online help

property properties~
PROPERTY - A text string that can be attached to any THING in the game.
  consists of a setting and a value, both of which are text.

C4 scripts can be attached to any THING in the game as a property,
see SCRIPT_EVENTS for a list of events that can be intercepted

C4-Script Events:

  @IDLE       - Called every second or so if they arent doing anything
  @COMMAND    - Called when anything in the same room tries to execute a command
  @ENTRY      - Called when something tries to enter
  @EXIT       - Called when something tries to exit
  @DEATH      - Called when something dies in the same room as us
  
Things yet to be....
  @FIGHTING   - Called just prior to an attack during combat (anything in the room)
  @FIGHTSTART - Called when something starts a fight.
  @ATTACK     - Called when we (mob only) attack something
  @USE        - Called when something uses us (obj only)
  @RESET      - Called when area resets

mob_properties~
MOB_PROPERTIES:

  RPuncture,RSlash,RConcussive,RHeat,REMR,RLaser,RPsychic,RAcid,RPoison
              - Give the mob extra resistance to this type of damage
              - (If this number is negative they will take EXTRA
              -  damage from this kind of attack)
  Speed       - set the mobs speed skill default is Level * 2
  Flee        - flee skill default is level * 2
  Pursue      - set the mobs pursue skill default level * 2

  Security    - Percentage penalty applied to lockpicking to this item
