This is an old "paint your world map" program I wrote back in college. I really haven't maintained it, and when I look back at my old code from this era I usually cringe with disgust.

However, if your looking for a simple WYSIWYG ROM map editor then look no further. When it comes up, it will have random data (don't ask me why I did that). Just select the appropraite tile and do file->new. Give it some params and vola.

Treat the code as public domain or BSD license which ever suits your fancy.
